3. Order Placement & Payment

When you place an order on our website, it constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

We accept major payment methods including Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, and T/T Bank Transfer. Payment must be completed within the time limit specified during checkout. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.

You warrant that all payment information provided is true, accurate, and legally valid. Any disputes or fees arising from unauthorized payment shall be borne by you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms shall be subject to the Delivery Information page of our website. We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, natural disasters, or other force majeure factors.

The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products to the designated logistics carrier.

For remote areas, additional shipping surcharges may apply, and we will notify you in advance before confirming the order.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we confirm the returned item is in compliance with the return requirements. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is caused by our fault (e.g., defective products, wrong delivery).
