Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through e1981.com. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order, and we have established the following clear return guidelines to protect both buyers and sellers.
1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned for a refund or exchange if they meet the following conditions:
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
The item is not a customized product, clearance item, or perishable holiday decoration (e.g., fresh wreaths, disposable festive supplies).
Note: For badminton gear (rackets, shuttlecocks), returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or the packaging is damaged, as this affects the performance and resale value of the item.
2. Return Process
Submit a Return Request
Contact our customer service team via email (service@e1981.com) or online chat. Provide your order number, product photos, and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will review your request within 5 business days.
Get Return Authorization (RA) Number
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a designated return shipping address. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Refund or Exchange Confirmation
We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days of receipt. If the item meets the return criteria:
Refund: The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exchange: We will ship the replacement item to you for free once the returned item is verified.
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost in this case.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized products (e.g., personalized holiday ornaments)
Clearance and sale items marked "Final Sale"
Used badminton gear or opened shuttlecock tubes
Perishable or seasonal items after the holiday (e.g., Christmas decorations post-December 25)
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service. A full refund will be issued.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please follow the return process above.
